Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Experience :
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on architecture design and development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Mandatory experience with EA Tools (Lean IX is preferred)
• Experience in multiple IT domains, including application development, infrastructure, data management, and security.
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS Preferred), microservices, and other modern technologies.
• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in modeling tools and architecture repositories.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principals.
• Preferred Skills :
• Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience in Banking and Financial Industry. Preferably with Consumer and Commercial Lending.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with LeanIX.
• Business process modeling experience.
