Summary

Acra is a Non-QM wholesale mortgage lender modernizing its lending platform and partner-facing experiences. As our Enterprise Architect, you will own the end-to-end architecture direction across platforms (LOS, pricing, TPO portal, data, integrations) and guide teams toward secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. You'll create the architecture roadmap, establish standards, and coach engineering and vendor teams while partnering with Product, Security, and Operations.

Base salary : $140,000-$150,000 annually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and maintain the multi-year target architecture and evolutionary roadmap spanning LOS (e.g., Byte), pricing (LoanPass), TPO / Glide portal, data / analytics, and automation platforms.
• Drive rationalization of systems and integration patterns; identify build-vs-buy and sequencing.

Education and / or Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
