Client Service Supervisor

A company is looking for a Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor care plans, ensuring quality care for clients

Assign homecare aides based on client needs and provide coaching to caregivers

Maintain client records, handle complaints, and ensure compliance with laws and policies

Required Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Current PPD or Chest x-ray if applicable

Experience in Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare preferred

Other state or local requirements as applicable
