A company is looking for a Paralegal to support its Legal team by maintaining compliance and managing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Review NDAs and Independent Contractor agreements under supervision
Prepare draft summaries of contracts and track contract expirations and renewals
Support corporate compliance programs and contribute to the creation of departmental tools and resources
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a contracts specialist, legal operations, or paralegal role
BA / BS degree in a related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to learn new software programs and AI tooling
