Front Office Administrator

Staffmark is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join a growing medical supply company in Abilene, TX. In this key role, you'll manage front office operations, provide excellent customer service, and support internal teams—all while helping ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Handle billing, invoicing, and documentation with high accuracy
• Manage front office operations, scheduling, and administrative support
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Teams and other internal tools
• Maintain and input data in VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for reporting and daily tasks
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and OIG (Office of Inspector General) standards
