What You'll Do...
As an Operations Admin, you will play a vital role in providing operational and hiring support for our district offices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting seasonal hiring efforts using the H&R Block applicant tracking system and assisting the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) with overall administrative tasks.

Assisting Tax Office Associates with the renewal/payment process for Preparer Tax Identification Numbers (PTIN).

Handling communications (written, phone, electronic) from offices addressing concerns or requests related to supplies and facilities; documenting problems, researching solutions, and escalating issues as necessary.

Collaborating with DOC/DGM/Field Associates regarding administrative support tasks.

Sourcing vendors for local facility needs and coordinating payments.

Reviewing and verifying invoices and preparing payments for DOC's approval through Coupa or corporate credit card expenses.

Maintaining technical proficiency in systems supporting district operations, including Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Suite applications.

Participating in training to enhance your job performance.

Completing additional duties as assigned by the DOC or in collaboration with the Company Support Manager (CSM).
What You'll Bring to the Team...
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:

Strong communication skills, able to engage clearly and calmly with associates via phone, email, and chat, employing effective customer service techniques, especially during stressful moments.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience in customer service.

Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to engage with all levels of associates.

Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in a Windows environment.

Familiarity or willingness to learn about Microsoft Operating Systems, networking, computer peripherals, software applications, and remote tools.
