As a Project Management Manager at Walmart, you'll lead key initiatives in Private Brands, Global Sourcing, and Merchandising to develop and embed social and environmental sustainability strategies. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leaders and leverage Walmart's resources to create meaningful change.

What you'll do...

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with Walmart's business objectives and values.
• Collaborate with merchants and suppliers to integrate sustainable practices into the supply chain.
• Identify and assess sustainability risks and opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into business processes.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years' experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations. 4 years' experience managing project teams in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications : Developing and managing project budgets for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations, Making public presentations, Master's degree in International Business or related field.
