Our Phoenix office (a beautiful space in the Esplanade, overlooking Biltmore Fashion Square) is currently looking for experienced Bookkeeper to join out Accounting Department.

Most recently, Buck Daniel secured a $20M verdict (with an upcoming retrial on the announced $50M Punitive that was determined a mistrial) for our clients in a toxic exposure trial in Covington, Georgia.  Their patience to learn the facts of each case they handle, whether large or small, combined with a deep understanding of the law make them fierce opponents in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.

Job Responsibilities

As a bookkeeper, you will oversee and manage financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your key responsibilities include :

• Recording Financial Transactions : Accurately record all income, expenses, and financial activities using accounting software.
• Maintaining General Ledger : Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger by reconciling accounts and correcting discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Track invoices, payments, and overdue accounts while maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
• Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Update client files in real time to reflect current status.

Office Hours are 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. (flexible)
