Accounts Payable Specialist

Role is fully on-site. M-F 830-430pm.

Job Summary

Seeking an Accounts Payable professional temporary to permanent. Very high volume department (over 2k invoices per week, role itself will handle 200-250 per week).  Manager is a strong mentor and is seeking someone that will learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification, coding, and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
