We're scaling rapidly and transforming the insurance industry with AI-driven insights and automation. To continue this momentum, we're seeking a Director, Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing function. This individual will manage a team and drive go-to-market excellence, influencing product strategy, and ensuring our story resonates with clients and the market.

In this role you will : Own the vision and execution for how EvolutionIQ's products are positioned, packaged, and launched to market. You will lead a growing team of Product Marketers, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to bring our solutions to life. You'll combine strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making with strong leadership skills to ensure EvolutionIQ continues to expand its category leadership in the rapidly evolving Insurtech landscape.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team.
• Define the product marketing strategy across our portfolio, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and GTM alignment across markets and segments.
• Partner closely with Product Management and Leadership to influence roadmap priorities based on market and customer insights.
• Build scalable systems and processes to track product marketing performance and continually improve GTM efficiency.

Go-to-Market & Positioning

Define and articulate EvolutionIQ's value proposition for each audience and use case, driving clear differentiation in a competitive market.

Manage product packaging, pricing, and competitive positioning across product lines.

Customer & Market Insight

Cross-Functional Influence

Work with Product and Data Science to identify new growth opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback.
