What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols within the location.

Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to company and site procedures.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as needed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements

This position is primarily a driving post and driving responsibilities are preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
