Schedule / Availability Requirements :

ASAP- as soon as credentialed - 6 months to a year Shift times : Weekdays : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch

• Frequency : Monday Friday, every week- no call, would also consider someone who could do only a few days / week- will consider 3 weeks per month but the site will prioritize full time candidates.

Setting : Internal Medicine- will consider a strong FP but that is not ideal. FTE : 1.0 # Providers Needed : 1 Duties : Typical IM clinic population average age 70. About half male / female with multiple comorbidities, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, chf, etc EMR : Cerner Patients per Day : Other providers seeing 12-18 a day depending upon complexity (includes new patients) Support Staff : MA's, MOR's, APP (one in clinic) and RN assigned to clinic Reason for Coverage : Provider Retiring Deal Breakers? Not board certified Travel Preferences : Air Travel : Would prefer someone local but wouldn't rule out someone who wants to fly home on the weekends.
