- Applicants should have some relevant collection experience, preferably with at least one year in automobile collections.
- The pay for this position ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with the possibility of monthly bonus pay based on achieving specific delinquency level targets.
- Monitor and manage delinquency levels for automobile loans and accounts.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing collections practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
