We primarily provide daily care for the disabled, helping them in the mornings and evenings, allowing them to live as independently as possible. • Competitive pay ($16.50-$18 per hour)
• Paid time off (PTO) beginning day one

As A Caregiver With Synergy Homecare, You Will

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Help clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience with family, agency, or facility (not needed if you have your CNA)
• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview)
• Be able to pass a national background check
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car
