CNA Float Pool

Join our Resource Pool team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a CNA with us, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of an RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will also assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
