Compensation Range : $50-$65 / hr Role Overview :

Join a major enterprise tech team as the lead Subject Matter Expert for a Workfront implementation project. You'll drive the migration from Jira (or similar platforms) to Workfront, owning system setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Lead the migration from Jira (or Excel / Equipt) to Adobe Workfront

Build and maintain Workfront system architecture

Configure workflows, set up user permissions, and ensure smooth operations

Provide Tier 2-3 support and answer system-related queries

Monitor adoption metrics and optimize for performance

Must-Haves :

3–5 years as a Workfront Systems Admin (Workfront PRO preferred)

Workfront Certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months)

Proven experience leading Workfront migrations from Jira / Excel

Familiarity with Jira and project management workflows

Background in large enterprise tech companies

Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA (5x / week)

Soft Skills :

Strong communication and documentation skills

Cross-functional collaboration experience

Problem-solving mindset

Nice to Haves :

Experience at Amazon, Meta, or similar scale

Marketing ops or digital marketing background

Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Systems
