The Role

Unlock Health is looking for a sharp, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-moving talent team. This part-time, onsite role sits at the heart of our recruitment operationspartnering closely with our remote Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to create a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition Lead and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate interviews (remote and onsite), send out schedules, and manage communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidate experience, interview feedback, and offer letter logistics
• Maintain candidate pipelines and requisition accuracy within Greenhouse ATS
• Track and coordinate pre-employment background screenings
• Ensure timely collection, organization, and communication of interview feedback
• Help maintain momentum and clarity across multiple open roles and stakeholders
