About The Role :

In this position, you will work alongside a talented cross-functional team comprising product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch advanced AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Build AI-Driven Systems : Create and develop sophisticated AI systems featuring multi-component pipelines and custom AI agents with multi-step reasoning.
Integration : Seamlessly integrate AI models into production software with robust APIs and scalable data pipelines.
Adaptation : Customize AI models to meet the specific needs of legal, tax, and compliance domains.

Innovation :

Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques for innovative solutions.

Lead proof-of-concept projects demonstrating new AI capabilities.

Keep abreast of advancements in AI research and technology.

Provide Technical Leadership :

Translate functional requirements into scalable technical specifications.

Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical discussions.

Contribute to MLOps and LLMOps strategies, focusing on both design and execution.

Establish yourself as a thought leader, sharing insights in company-wide forums.

Quality Assurance & Operations :

Design and implement comprehensive testing and monitoring frameworks to assess AI model performance.

Ensure adherence to ethical AI standards and security protocols.

Perform systems analysis to recommend operational enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and product teams to translate AI capabilities into practical applications.

Optimize AI system performance by minimizing latency and managing resource usage.

Enhance application features through AI-driven capabilities.

About You :

You would be a great fit for our Senior AI Software Engineer position if you possess :

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

At least 7 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in AI / ML.

Proficiency in Python, along with experience in AI / ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

A solid understanding of machine learning principles, system evaluation, and design.

Experience with MLOps and the lifecycle of AI-powered applications.

Proven capability in integrating AI models into production systems using APIs and data pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative team settings.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with AI systems, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, or search-based AI.

Domain expertise in legal, tax, or accounting sectors.

A portfolio showcasing innovative projects utilizing LLMs.
