Position Summary :

As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain a smooth flow of guests during busy periods.
• Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, along with assisting to clean and reset tables.
• Assist with any special events or functions as needed.
