- Associate / Provisional License : $70000 $80000 a year (DOE)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians : $80000 $85000 a year (DOE)
Schedule : Full-Time Onsite
3 Days a Week :9 : 00pm - 5 : 00pm
2 Day a Week :11 : 00am - 7 : 00pm

Responsibilities
Personalized Caseloads : Manage a focused caseload of 6 clients providing high-quality individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.Facilitate Individual Family and Group Therapy : Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.Client-Centered Approach : Provide client-centered care tailoring therapy to meet individual group & family therapy needs.Cultural Competency : Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following :LMSW LGPC LGMFT (Associate / Provisional)
LCSW-C LCPC LCMFT (Fully Licensed)Preferred Experience :
1 year of clinical experience in a residential IOP or PHP setting.Experience using relational experiential and systemic modalities.Passion for working with adolescents young adults and families.Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.Benefits
