About the Role : As our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you won't just be checking boxes-you'll be shaping a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across multiple locations. What You'll Do :

Own our safety culture - from training programs to risk assessments, your leadership keeps our teams safe. Lead all aspects of EHS compliance - across environmental permitting, injury management, emergency response, and audits. Engage cross-functional teams - partner with operations, engineering, HR, and senior leaders to champion EHS across the organization. Inspire sustainability - support enterprise-wide ESG initiatives and reduce our environmental footprint. Modernize safety - leverage digital tools and analytics to drive smarter, data-informed decisions.

What You Bring :

A Bachelor's degree in EHS-related fields. CSP Certification (Certified Safety Professional). 5+ years of experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Passion for proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

Bonus points if you've worked with ISO 14001 or 45001 systems, digital EHS platforms (like Enablon or Velocity EHS), or sustainability initiatives.
