About the Role : As our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you won't just be checking boxesyou'll be shaping a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across multiple locations. What Youll Do :

Own our safety culture from training programs to risk assessments, your leadership keeps our teams safe. Lead all aspects of EHS compliance across environmental permitting, injury management, emergency response, and audits. Engage cross-functional teams partner with operations, engineering, HR, and senior leaders to champion EHS across the organization. Inspire sustainability support enterprise-wide ESG initiatives and reduce our environmental footprint. Modernize safety leverage digital tools and analytics to drive smarter, data-informed decisions.

What You Bring :

A Bachelor's degree in EHS-related fields. CSP Certification (Certified Safety Professional). 5+ years of experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Passion for proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

Bonus points if youve worked with ISO 14001 or 45001 systems, digital EHS platforms (like Enablon or Velocity EHS), or sustainability initiatives.
