Responsibilities (inferred from role)

Note : This description reflects the opportunity to contribute to sustainment, modification, and integration efforts across aircraft systems and subsystems, with emphasis on meeting customer needs and applying advanced technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering
• Experience with manufacturing processes or materials science
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as MIL-STD or ASME
• Knowledge of DoD sustainment and acquisition processes, Technical Data Package (TDP) creation, and DoD acquisition requirements generation
• Ability to review and understand technical drawings and identify critical characteristics
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for mechanical systems and components
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, resolve technical issues, and present to senior ranking officials
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor\'s degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Systems Engineering field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\'s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\'s total compensation package for employees.
