Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Perform operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries

Develop relationships with customers to streamline service experiences and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service, or

High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in Support, Operations, or Customer Service

Preferred : Banking experience
