Position Overview :

We are searching for a Senior Social Media Manager to expand our digital presence. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media — a creative strategist who can turn ideas into high-impact campaigns, bring fresh perspectives, and build an engagement around our brands.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, wants to push creative boundaries, and is ready to make a contribution to social strategy and execution. Candidates who maintain their own strong, authentic social media presence will be especially appealing, though this is considered a perk, not a requirement.

Position Expectations :

Create, edit, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brand and goals.

Research current trends to keep our social media channels fresh and relevant.

Build and optimize automations for our social media channels.

Direct messaging and management to foster relationships and drive engagement.

Report to the Director of Social Media, providing updates on content performance and strategy effectiveness.

Measure performance based on content quality, engagement metrics, and lead / sales generation.

Position Requirements :

3–5 years of professional experience in social media management (agency or in-house).

Proven track record of developing strategies and content that drive engagement, growth, and business results.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms : Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Hands-on experience shooting and editing video for social media is highly desirable.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social.

Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry and content trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective storytelling and engagement.

Technical skills to build and manage social media automations.
