We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our finance team in the agriculture industry. The AR Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health and liquidity of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing : Generate, review, and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Payment Collection : Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities.
• Account Reconciliation : Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Customer Relationship Management : Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements.
• Record Maintenance : Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions in Dynamics.
• Reporting : Prepare regular reports on account status and collection efforts for management review.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Working Conditions

This role operates within a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with in-office requirements as needed. The AR Specialist will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and work closely with other members of the finance team.
