In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. In this role you will be part of the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) product line and directly responsible for a large development program. Key expectations of the role include :

• Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a large, classified development program.
• Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives.
• Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company.
• Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $150,370 - $255,630. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
