Temple University's Accounts Payable Center is searching for an AP Vendor Control Associate! Salary range : $48,000 - $52,000. Position Summary : The AP Vendor Control Associate is accountable for maintaining the integrity of the vendor master file data, performing vendor maintenance, providing payables customer service to vendors, business units, and customers, and resolving exceptions and issues on invoices to maintain approval routing and payment processing. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function in a challenging and dynamic environment. This position requires confidential information to be handled in a discreet and professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree
• At least one (1) year of recent Accounts Payable experience
• Systems integration experience including planning, evaluation, and implementation
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
