Inside Sales Representative - Building Materials

We're looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Evansville office. This role is essential to providing exceptional support to our customers and external sales team-helping ensure every order and project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff
• Provide product information, quotes, and order support for building materials and related products
• Process, manage, and follow up on customer orders using Lensing's ERP system
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
