Mission

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting Homa's growth by working directly with the CEO to shape high-impact partnerships and corporate initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with some of the best gaming studios in the world, support deal structuring, negotiations, and strategic partnerships, and assist in market research, competitive intelligence, and M&A or investment projects.

This position is designed to give you maximum exposure to strategic decision-making and prepare you for a fast-track career in business development, corporate strategy, or venture investing. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Support the sourcing and onboarding of new studios into Homa's ecosystem
• Build presentations, partnership materials, and financial simulations to structure compelling proposals
• Track and manage the performance of studio partnerships, ensuring long-term alignment and success
