Join Walmart's Health and Wellness Growth Partnerships team as a Director of Corporate Strategy, where you'll help shape the future of healthcare innovation. What You'll Do

• Lead select H&W's Growth Accelerator strategy projects with internal teams and external consultants
• Engage cross functional teams to clearly identify the problem to be solved (for the company or customer), the vision to solve it, and the capabilities we need to get there.
• Build a clear resource request for any missing capabilities (internal or external)
• In coordination with Finance, conduct financial modeling and risk analysis for new growth initiatives to justify resources needed to deliver the recommendations
• Develop white papers and presentations articulating the above market opportunities and strategic recommendations
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
• Support multiple projects across quarters, reporting directly to the VP

What You'll Bring :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related area and 7 years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 9 years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
