Job Description

Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
