As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in an educational setting, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication and a caring approach. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or situations to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors and Allied Universal management.

Document all incidents and relevant activities according to company and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
