Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks including administrative support to department staff.
Essential Functions
Answers phone, takes messages, answers routine inquiries, schedules appointments, meetings and keeps manager's calendarResolves routine issues in absence of manager. Coordinates special projects and analysis for manager.Maintains budget and / or expense reports. Makes recommendations on and prepares budget and manager expense reportsDevelops reports and presentationsCompiles, researches and tabulates data and may perform some analysisActs as interface with internal or external customersSorts, open and distributes mail.Makes travel arrangementsTypes, designs correspondence, memos, tables or graphsMaintains files for the departmentAdditional Responsibilities
