Job Summary :

The Processing Operator is responsible for manufacturing liquid pediatric and medical nutritional products. This role involves handling and lifting raw ingredients, interacting with computer-controlled systems, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with work orders and GMP standards. The operator must be capable of performing various processing functions ( A , B , or C ) and ensuring all activities meet quality and regulatory requirements.

Job Duties :

• Prepare, operate, monitor, and document computer-controlled blending processes.
• Weigh, document, and stage batch ingredients using a computer-controlled weigh system.
• Operate and document computer-controlled Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems for manufacturing equipment (tanks, heat treatment systems, etc.).
• Perform product line operations such as standardization and final water preparation using ingredients, flavors, and oils.
• Maintain GMP compliance by cleaning equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation per batch work order.
• Receive and transport bulk raw ingredients and CIP chemicals.
• Prepare and monitor bulk slurries for blending operations.
• Operate and document computer-controlled heat treatment processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
