Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OCI overlay program strategy sessions and manage cross-functional overlay initiatives

Identify and spearhead process and tooling initiatives to enhance operational consistency

Mentor and grow a team of technical program managers to align with overlay program needs

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program management

Proven experience organizing and managing multiple, matrixed teams and initiatives

Direct people management and mentoring experience is preferred

Experience planning and leading strategic, organization-wide initiatives

Technical understanding of cloud technologies and industry best practices
