Overview
This is a hybrid role that must sit in one of these locations : New York, Boston, Raleigh, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.
This position provides support for the management reporting, analysis, planning, and implementation of business process enhancements and improvements to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of the Group. Works directly with leadership, team leaders, internal and external business partners and stakeholders to implement business processes and initiatives and support all management reporting to enable the business unit to increase and enhance production, while satisfying financial, regulatory, and compliance reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy - Supports current plans, processes, and requirements that identify factors negatively affecting the business unit. Aids in the delivery of strategies and solutions that address identified issues, coordinating business efforts to achieve success. Provides support in creating internal communications for the business.
Project Management - Supports projects as directed, serving as a resource to the business unit or organization. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on business unit operational matters. Aids in the communication of performance results and expected behaviors.
Reporting - Produces reports based on analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and tracks effectiveness of implemented enhancements. Creates specifications, project plans, and other documentation in support of business initiatives.
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs data analysis, effectively communicates and providing analysis output.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, with particular focus on PowerPoint
Proficiency with Tableau
Strong communication skills
Experience with management reporting within a Commercial Banking environment

The base pay for this position is generally between $120,000 and $150,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
