Position Overview
As a Product Consultant, you will serve as a knowledgeable advisor on Glenview Haus's unique product lines. You will guide customers through high-involvement purchase decisions, provide in-depth consultations, and ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry through final sale.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all product lines, including custom entry doors, interior doors, and aluminum and steel systemsDeliver detailed consultations and product presentations to architects, builders, and residential clientsProvide accurate quotes and follow through on all aspects of the sales processAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to coordinate product specifications, order details, and delivery timelinesAssist with product launches, training updates, and creation of sales tools and materialsAnalyze market feedback and competitor offerings to contribute to product strategyMaintain showroom standards and provide support for customer visits, trade events, and training sessionsQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product consultant, technical sales, or client-facing specialist roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experienceDemonstrated ability to learn and communicate detailed product specifications and design considerationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience in windows, doors, or high-end building materials is a plusSchedule and Work Environment
