Blue Yonder's Supply Chain Advisory (SCA) team is seeking a Program Director who will lead strategic programs that optimize supply chain performance for clients. This role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, providing thought leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of advisory solutions that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and resilience across the supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain advisory programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on supply chain program management, partnering cross functional teams including industry, solution advisory, product management, professional services, strategic transformation advisory and more.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and program governance meetings.
• Develop communications for various levels in the organization with appropriate messaging
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Indirectly lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers.
• Mentor and develop talent within the program team.
• Establish KPIs and track progress against objectives.
• Deliver regular status reports and insights to team, senior leadership and clients.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
