1. Process Mapping & Transformation:
o Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows.
o Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
o Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, KPI s, etc., recommending actionable improvements.
Program Management:
o Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
o Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.
o Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals.
Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics (as necessary) to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and or process improvement roles.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
o Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
Certifications: Six Sigma, or related certifications are highly desirable.
