Job Summary

The Senior Endpoint Management Engineer provides design, implementation, and third level support for enterprise systems management tools including Microsoft Intune, Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM), and other management tools for end user devices including user workstations (both Windows and macOS) and mobile devices (iOS / iPadOS / Android).The Senior Endpoint Management Engineer delivers services that facilitate the initial setup process of end user devices, system policy and control, app packaging and distribution, security updates, and remote support for various devices such as laptops, desktops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, printers, and IoT devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, and third level support of Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Architecture, oversight, and troubleshooting of policies, deployments and patching for Windows endpoints.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of end user device issues, including root cause analysis and escalation to vendors as required.
• Integration with various systems management solutions including Active Directory, SAML SSO, security (EDR / EPM), monitoring / end user experience / DEX, connectivity (VPN / Zero Trust), and asset management.
• Packaging and deploying applications through systems management tools.
• Security patch management.
• Escalate problems to management and / or vendors in a timely fashion.
• Develop techniques and implement resolution of problems based on root cause analysis.
• Follow established Change Control procedures to document all production changes, and to limit unexpected interruptions to the production environment.

This position is identified as being performed in / or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in Plano, TXis $77,112 - $126,684 / year. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in Bethpage, NYis $92,534.00-$152,021.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
