We’re looking for organized and empathetic Client Engagement Coordinators to join our virtual support team. You’ll help clients navigate their options and provide exceptional service throughout the process. This is a role that rewards initiative, consistency, and care.

Schedule and conduct online consultations with clients.

Assess client needs and recommend suitable options.

Maintain accurate records of communications and results.

Provide ongoing support and follow-up for each client.
