About the role

Position : Activation Art Associate

We are seeking an Activation team member to play an important role within our Creative Services department. Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will design digitally and physically help install new elements for our pop-up events. This position is instrumental in bringing creative visions to life and maintaining the artistic integrity of our installations, while adhering to brand direction set by clients. This is a contract position with the possibility of turning into a full-time.

Work Hours : Monday-Friday 10 : 30AM-7 : 30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in concept ideation and research sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
• Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shoots.
• Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
• Perform assembly and installation tasks.
• Travel to pop-up locations in other states.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.
• Propose ideas to improve efficiency and finish of pop-up elements.
