Job Description :

Looking for Senior Analyst Auto Lending withexperience in more than aspect under Originations ServicingPayments Collections and Quality Assurance.

As a Senior Analyst specializing in Auto Lending you willplay a critical role in supporting and optimizing various aspectsof the auto lending lifecycle including originations servicingpayments collections and quality assurance.

You will work closelywith crossfunctional teams and Various stake holders includingBusiness users product managers developers and testers to ensuresuccessful implementation of auto lending solutions.

Gather and analyze business requirements Work closely withbusiness stakeholders to elicit document and analyze requirementsrelated to auto lending products processes and systems.

Identifyopportunities for improvement and provide recommendations forbusiness process enhancements.

Also analyze datadevelop insights and provide recommendations to enhance operationalefficiency customer experience and risk management within the autolending domain.

Responsibilities :

Must have Core Business AnalystResponsibilities :

• Evaluating business processes anticipating requirements uncoveringareas for improvement and developing and implementingsolutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews ofbusiness processes and developing optimizationstrategies.
• Staying uptodate on the latestprocess and IT advancements to automate and modernizesystems.
• Conducting meetings andpresentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documentingand communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans tocrossfunctional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with variousstakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients technicians and managerialstaff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needsand requirements.
• Performing user acceptancetesting.
• Updating implementing andmaintaining procedures.
• Prioritizinginitiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders andusers.

• Analyze and evaluate the auto loan origination processidentifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflowsreduce turnaround times and enhance customer onboardingexperiences.
• Develop and implement strategiesto minimize credit risk and ensure compliance with lending policiesand regulations.

2.Servicing and Payments Management :

• Monitor and analyze the servicing and payment processesfor auto loans identifying opportunities to streamline operationsand improve customer satisfaction.
• Work withstakeholders to enhance selfservice capabilities automated paymentoptions and customer communication channels.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan payments includingmonitoring and resolving payment exceptions anddelinquencies.

3.Collections and Loss Mitigation :

• Conduct analysis and develop strategies to optimizecollections processes minimize delinquencies and mitigate creditlosses.
• Collaborate with collections teams toidentify early warning signs implement proactive collectionstrategies and explore repayment assistance programs.
• Monitor collection performance metrics recommend processenhancements and support the implementation of collection systemenhancements.

4. QualityAssurance and Compliance :

• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensureadherence to internal policies external regulations and industrybest practices.
• Perform audits and reviews ofauto lending processes documentation and systemcontrols.
• Provide recommendations for processimprovements and oversee the implementation of remediationplans.

5. Data Analysisand Reporting :

• Collectanalyze and interpret data related to auto lending operationsidentifying trends patterns and areas of opportunity.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provideinsights on key performance indicators (KPIs) operational metricsand portfolio performance.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to define data requirements establish data governanceprotocols and support datadriven decisionmaking.

6. CrossfunctionalCollaboration :

• Collaborate with internal teams including business stakeholders ITrisk management and compliance to ensure alignment and successfulexecution of initiatives.
• Participate incrossfunctional projects and initiatives representing the autolending domain and providing subject matter expertise.

7. Alerts andNotifications :

• Able toutilize data receiving from Dealers and Alerting theDealers
• Validate and generating automatedalerts during the Event Lifecycle
• Requirementsfor the Role :
• Bachelors degree in businessFinance Economics or an MBA / related field.
• Aminimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a relatedfield.
• 5 years of working experience in theauto lending industry specifically in the areas of originationsservicing payments collections and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of auto lending products industryregulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as SQLExcel and statistical analysis software.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements andoperational efficiencies.
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translatedata into actionable insights.
• Strongattention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills to effectively convey complex information tostakeholders at various levels.
• Ability towork collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
• Knowledge ofrelevant software systems and tools used in auto lending operationsis preferred.
