Execution : Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features on time
User Understanding : Conduct user research, shadow customers, analyze data, and synthesize information from customer-facing teams to develop deep user empathy and inform product decisions.
Metrics : Monitor product performance and use metrics to guide iterations on and improvements to your product areas.
Leadership : Serve as the go-to expert on the product, the market, the competition, and the customers.
Collaboration : Communicate effectively and drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
