Senior Manager / Director, Ticket Sales

Angel City is looking for a Sr Manager / Director, Ticket Sales to support the growth of Angel City FC's fan base and ticketing department. Driving the growth of Angel City's fanbase across the greater LA community is key to the club's success. This role will report to the Vice President, Ticketing.
Responsibilities :
Achieve individual and team revenue targets as set forth by Angel City leadership
Build and execute an overarching ticket sales strategy for the club, including season, half season, premium, group, mini plan, and single game salesCompile and share market trends and best practices across the industryRegularly measure the effectiveness of the organization's various sales campaigns and offerings, and provide recommendations for further improvementDrive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and business operations to embed sales strategies into company-wide goalsSales Leadership and DevelopmentBuild and lead the top-performing ticket sales team by recruiting, training, and coaching talent while fostering a results-driven and growth-oriented culture
Develop and implement KPIs that support the club's strategic objectivesContinuously engage and support the sales staff through mentorship, performance tracking, and actionable feedbackEnsure the execution of activities and sales targets by ticket sales staffAssist and participate when called upon for other department / organizational activities and eventsManage gameday communication with Angel City staff for ticketing needsHave input and knowledge of all experiences available for Angel City fans, including gameday executionData and AnalyticsWork closely with the Data Strategy team to transform data into reports that guide sales planning and decision-making
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and efficiently maintain all sales campaigns and lead distribution within CRMLeverage CRM and data analytics platforms to monitor key sales metrics, uncover trends, and optimize tactics for higher conversion ratesComplete weekly pipeline, revenue reports, and projectionsOwn prospect communication sequencing, customized for specific target demographics and lead poolsAssist in managing the Ticketmaster relationshipMonitor sales activity and commission reportingRequirements :
A minimum of five years working in ticketing and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitalityExperience managing daily, monthly, and annual expectationsManagement experience leading a team of sales executivesProven track record of high-level, quantitative sales successStrong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonalPersonable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSLIdeal to have knowledge and proficiency in Archtics, Salesforce, and TableauAbility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidaysACFC Perks & Benefits
