Role : Vehicle - NVH Analyst

Location : Invine, CA - Onsite

6-12+ Months Contract

Must-Have

• Good knowledge of FEA, Meshing, setting up the deck, execution, post-processing results, and NVH vehicle-level calculations.
• Must carry out simulations on Vehicle Hardware Engineering Systems (Cockpit, Seat, Interior Trim, Door Trim, Exterior Trim, Body Structure, Closures, & Chassis) for NVH requirements and regulations.
• Must deliver full vehicle, cross car beam, IP subsystem level, IP TSM level Modal, FRF and ODF analysis. Should be able to generate super element generation for subsystem and body to do cavity NVH.
• Must deliver subsystem level fixture development natural frequency analysis.
• Fixture level Buzz, Squeak & Rattle simulation.
• FE analysis iterations by quick modification of FE models to evaluate the possible countermeasures and provide design direction to the design team.
• Should be well-versed in performing simulation using CAE software like ANSA, Hypermesh, Nastran, Optistruct.
• Good knowledge of understanding test setup / results and correlating test results with CAE.
• Proficiency in Python would be an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge of AGILE and JIRA.
