Responsibilities

Support Category Strategy Execution

• Collaborate with Category and cross-functional teams to implement national and channel-specific category strategies.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations across product assortment, pricing, promotion, and placement.

Conduct Shopper & Category Analysis

Contribute to Sales Enablement

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years of experience in CPG industry in Category Management, Sales, Business Analytics, or Shopper Insights. Proficiency in syndicated data tools (IRI / Nielsen), retailer portals, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Growth mindset and a passion for learning and driving results.

Hybrid role on site 3 days per week at PCB headquarters (Lakeville, MN) Fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive team culture. Daily tools include Tableau, Nielsen / IRI, Numerator, and Microsoft Office. The pay range for this position is $89,506 - $132,468 per year.
