The Learning Experience in Collierville is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Center Director to lead our team, support staff development, and ensure a safe, nurturing, high quality learning environment for children and families. What you will do :

• Oversee daily center operations and ensure full compliance with Tennessee child care licensing
• Lead, coach, and support teachers and staff to maintain a positive and high performing culture
• Build strong relationships with families through communication and professionalism
• Ensure classrooms deliver TLE's award winning LEAP Curriculum with fidelity
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment goals
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the center
• Collaborate with the franchisee, regional team, and support partners as needed
• Promote a positive reputation for the center within the community
