Teledyne Imaging Sensors is looking for a Sr. Manager, Mixed Signal IC Design responsible for supporting the Read Out Integrated Circuit (ROIC) product development roadmap, architecture, design, documentation, and evaluation of our best-in-class performance IR sensor solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership for a high-functioning team of Digital and Analog mixed-signal IC design engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve technical objectives.
• Communicate effectively with designers and flow down the technical design requirements to the program team.
• Drive innovation in mixed-signal IC design and identify opportunities for new product development, improving design efficiency through IP reuse, design of new IP with reuse in mind and implementation of design methodologies that use our tools efficiently.
• Conduct design reviews to document and show that the requirements are met, and any necessary waivers are approved.
• Follow, maintain, and continuously work on improving the design processes, based on lessons learned.
• Plan the team's workload and resources for current and future projected design tasks.
• Interface with ROIC foundry support personnel

Qualifications :

Essential Physical / Mental Requirements :

Proficiency in use of computers, complex electronic equipment, oral and written communication, interaction with vendors / colleagues, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Salary Range :

$177,500.00-$236,600.000
